Returning to FFXIFollow

Hey, just got back into FFXI a few days ago after a year or so break. Most of the people that I had played with in the past have since left the game. I recently started up a new character so that I could start from square one and was wondering if there were any low level friendly linkshells (or people for that matter), whether it be grouping for exp or quests, to whatever else you might have in mind.
