Potentially looking to merge a Dynamis shell.Follow

So here's the deal. TakeLuck has been around for pushing 3 years. We've always been comprised primarily of people who aren't in HNM/full-time player groups. Also of people who hold their weekends precious and don't want to necessarily be tied to the game when we have potential family activities/other stuff going on/etc.

We were going strong for a good while, but about a year ago the attrition rate of players leaving the game in general or joining endgame groups and going to do Dynamis with them really kinda started to spike.

Now with the server merge, there are like...a bazillion shells on Bismarck on Monday/Thursday that run in our time frame (Gather is 8:00 p.m. EST).

So in an effort to both alleviate the headache of Dynamis scheduling and to get my members -- and potentially yours too! -- into an environment of greater productivity, I'm looking at teaming up TakeLuck with another shell.

As it is I have a total of 10-12 members who almost always show and another 10 or so that rotate in and out depending on their situation.

I'm looking for a group to hook up with that would be running on some combo of weekdays or Sunday nights + a week day. Fridays & Saturdays are sadly out as too many of us have RL obligations those nights/days.

Our lotting system is pretty wide open. There are some exceptions/regulations for new members and some level exceptions for the northlands/CoP, but the long and short of it is that you list 3 jobs before the run starts 1>2>3 and you can lot those jobs in those groups. (Group 1 lots, if no one has it listed #1, move on to #2, etc.)

Currency is currently split three ways, but depending how that got worked out if I could get one of the people (not me, though I still owe this person a bit of currency from my weapon) continuing to collect currency or someone in the near que to collect, we'd likely consider it a success.

My normal members are pretty reliable. A few tend to run a bit fashionably late and I let it slide b/c we're small and I'm not in a position to hassle them over it. Otherwise they're all good folks and most are even reasonably decent to excellent at their jobs, especially considering many of them are part-time players without top-of-the-line gear (some have that stuff, too. We've got a good mix).

So...that's my hand to be played. In short:

- Any night combo Sun through Thursday, Fridays/Saturdays out.

- Preferably Gathering between 6:30-8:00 p.m. EST

- A lotting system that's pretty open and/or my members could have some points pro-rated so they're not starting from scratch in a points system.

- Currency collection/options for one or two of my current sponsors (negotiable depending on other terms).

- If you'd be willing to keep the TakeLuck name/shell, that'd be awesome, but it's hardly a requirement and I'm willing to hand over head operations of the group to the bigger shell into which we'd be merging and also willing to assume some sort of responsibility in running the shell if you need someone with many years of Dynamis experience to do so.
