I'm not sure how many people remember me, but I am leaving FFXI after playing since the PS2 release. With college / work, it's seeming more time efficient to put FFXI on the shell permanently. I've had a good long run. Thanks for the memories...and I'll see y'all in FFXIV.

A side note...I only deleted FFXI from my PS3 and canceled the Content ID...there's a fraction of a chance that I'll be back...we all know how FFXI works.

Xodious! Hey man if I don't see you back in XI I hope to see you in XIV. If they decide to name the servers the same I know a bunch of people from Bismarck that'll be looking to {Gather together} there.

If for some reason I don't see you around, I want you to know that I had a great time back when we used to play together and I wish you the best of luck in life.

Take Care man!

I may be, it depends on how much like FFXI it is. If it's more of the same I'll probably skip it, but I'm expecting it to have more in common with guild wars or pso. If it's the latter I'll give it a shot. I don't have as much free time to dedicate to MMOs these days.

How've you been? Did you get married yet?

As for anything SE related and MMOs, prepare for the worst, hope for the best. The only reason I'm still playing is because I can do so much on RDM without having to ask people for help. That being said, adding 100+ NMs this last update that are apparently all completely resistant to Gravity, Bind, and Sleep isn't doing much for my already waning interest in the game.

I've been doing pretty good, I did get married this year and so far I have no complaints. How are you and umm... Veronica I believe was her name in-game, and Rebekah was her real name? Anywho, how's life treating you two? Married with children yet?

Well...I'm coming back XD. FFXI's allure has not failed despite the announcement of XIV. I think I'm going to retire my DRK, muster up as much gil as I can, and just have fun. Fish, craft, maybe switch allegiance and do missions....just keep it simple.

Enjoy the freedom from FFXI it is amazing how much more you may enjoy life. FFXI is such a time consuming game, I am still amazed I played for 5 years lol I still have not decided on ffxiv yet myself either. Just depends on whether they make it where you have to spend hours on one quest and always need help again...***** that.

I wonder what you said that made the forum change it to lolphonebook?

If that was what you intended to type, well then, I'm a moron.

Phonebooks are good to swat people upside the head with. The thicker the book is, the better!
