So today I was messing around Onzozo as a 71 BST and I noticed LoO was up so I figured I'd give it a shot. A few min after I started fighting it a 75 drg, Ramorakomo showed up and kept following me around as I killed it. I was doing well with no miss-charms until it was at < 10%, so of course I miss-charm, and he immediately claims it and kills it.
Since there's nothing I can actually do about it, I figured I'd vent my anger here a bit.

Honestly, wiping is totally different than having it stolen on a pet swap. If I was at Chary and I watched a pt wipe, damn sure I'm taking it. Why should I wait for the pt to reraise up, rest off weakness and try again with a fully regen'ed NM? If I'm watching a bst throw pets at a mob, I'll watch till the bst dies, but again, if he dies and mob starts regening, I'm not gonna wait for the bst to reraise up and try again.
My general rule is I'll let a mob regen one tick if I think someone can get up and try for a kill shot. If it's crowded and others are waiting for claim, I wont wait but will take it when the pt wipes. The player who took LoO is a douche, the players who took Chary after a wipe, not so much.

Heh, this happened to me once. There was one other person, though, so I RR'd, threw out a nuke and got the kill and drop... it wasn't chary but it sure was nice of that person to not steal it from me.
