Being the guy it the BCNM team that is supposed to collect the loot, and not letting it go into your inventory before you zone;;

Kit, Sol, I appologize for that one guys and it won't happen again.

But hey at least we're getting better. Now if that damn'd scroll would drop, in due time Kit hang in there.

Dunes before 14? {No thanks!} I don't know who started that trend, but I'm not that crazy.

Yeah, now you can start the trek through hell at level 10, 9 if you're a WHM.

Well, there is a brighter side to that. It's a piece of cake to bag Maze Makers in Shakrami now. There's all of 12 people in there most of the time, and most of them are camping Argus. XD

Dunes at level 10 is not odd or uncommon. Lizards have been viable party killing options since Valkrum dunes was invented.

Just because we Windurstians got our 10-15 at Shakrami doesn't mean the rest of the world did. -_^

Things that suck: seven line macros in Lower Jeuno.
That which sucks worse: Multiple seven-plus line macros going off at the same time in Low Jeuno.

Maybe not; they're not so annoying as they are merely entertaining:

I quote Mark Twain, in his The Awful German Language. It sums up my feelings nicely on these travesties of the shout channel. Twain describes oddities of the German language but many aspects of it are relevant to my rant:

Quote:
Some German words are so long that they have a perspective. Observe these examples:

* Freundschaftsbezeigungen.
* Dilettantenaufdringlichkeiten.
* Stadtverordnetenversammlungen.

These things are not words, they are alphabetical processions. And they are not rare; one can open a German newspaper at any time and see them marching majestically across the page -- and if he has any imagination he can see the banners and hear the music, too. They impart a martial thrill to the meekest subject. I take a great interest in these curiosities. Whenever I come across a good one, I stuff it and put it in my museum. In this way I have made quite a valuable collection. When I get duplicates, I exchange with other collectors, and thus increase the variety of my stock. Here are some specimens which I lately bought at an auction sale of the effects of a bankrupt bric-a-brac hunter:

* Generalstaatsverordnetenversammlungen.
* Alterthumswissenschaften.
* Kinderbewahrungsanstalten.
* Unabhaengigkeitserklaerungen.
* Wiedererstellungbestrebungen.
* Waffenstillstandsunterhandlungen.

Of course when one of these grand mountain ranges goes stretching across the printed page, it adorns and ennobles that literary landscape -- but at the same time it is a great distress to the new student, for it blocks up his way; he cannot crawl under it, or climb over it, or tunnel through it. So he resorts to the dictionary for help, but there is no help there. The dictionary must draw the line somewhere -- so it leaves this sort of words out. And it is right, because these long things are hardly legitimate words, but are rather combinations of words, and the inventor of them ought to have been killed.

One can easily see the similarities between the macros and this. The Kanji ones are my favorite: it looks like gibberish, and a whole lot of gibberish at that. They march across the bottom of the screen not unlike a marching band; and as Twain described, with a little imagination one can see the festive banners and the music accompanying them. The autotranslator gets thrown out the window with scant few clues to the content for the others. This annoys me little, but it is certainly amusing.

And if the German players ever start making seven line macros, it'll make my day.

You know what really sucks, when you give people gil/items/stuff in general.
And they go do something with it and get flamed.

Hmmm, I think I'll go buy whatever Astral Rings or whatever
Scorpion Harnesses are left on the AH and donate them to the TeamJnag bank. Oh oh I better watch out.
So and so might see it and think I am a gil-buyer.

Yeah. Narrow minded people suck.

(Note: I love PLDs. I have nothing against you guys. I have partied with 57638474 excellent paladins, you have helped me get all these levels of rdm; but this one guy....oh man, this one guy.)

PLDs who will not--
--will NOT, after being cajoled, threatened, begged and bribed--
--will not cure themselves, or even flash the mob.

I'm not talking about in the Dunes; I'm talking about a level 58 PLD in Cape Terrigan, with Refresh on constantly. He died twice; as soon as he was dead the pug went after, guess:

a) the BLM.
b) the DRK.
c) the THF.
d) the WHM.

*Jeopardy music*

THAT'S RIGHT!
The pug immediately made a beeline for the white mage, who had the most hate after the dead pld, due to the fact that he had been doing all of the healing of that pld.
WHM died twice too.

I was like to split my forehead by the end of the pt. I asked nicely. I insisted sternly. I promised to give all the MP back to him. I did everything but pay him, and I'm kind of glad I didn't, because something tells me I'd have had to sue him for breach of contract.

I know most plds are not like this, this is the first MP-phobe I've partied with since Qufim. But yes, that sucks most immensely; I can't convert during a fight, so I have to limp through if I run low, or cast refresh too early to set cycle so I can rest; the BLM can't nuke worth a damn for fear of being eaten by the mob; the drk doesn't dare use an ability like Last Resort or Souleater.

Mind you, even with a THF SATAing on the guy he could barely keep hate. I've never seen anything like it. ><

You know what else sucks.....

-Telling the truth about how you got a particular item in question and no one believing you and flaming you for it (since when did telling the truth become a bad thing?) OR being expected to tell a lie about how you got an item to appease others and their narrow minds.

Thank you to ALL my friends on Bismarck who have helped me. I am forever grateful. I am the luckiest Taru on Bismarck and I am proud to have the friends that I do.

Note: with an amazing night with friends and 29,000 XP in 6 hours, jumping from 32 in 37 in one night...turns out this...doesn't suck lol.

However, what does suck is having work take up so much of your time, and can't play for half the weekend. ;;

Needing to get a bow worth 10 million to not feel gimp.

Needing 81k Conquest Points to not feel gimp.

Having all of my gear to level 59 const next to nothing, then having to save up ~10 million for a pair of rings, a hat, a pair of gloves, and a gun for level 70. Nevermind the ~12 million gil boots that I want.

You could always just do Dynamis and save your currency like a normal person. Otherwise, I'd stop bragging/complaining. :P
