You're at a minor disadvantage since you're Bastokan - San d'Orians can purchase Millioncorn relatively cheaply from Raimboy's grocery, and Windurstians can purchase La Thiene cabbage from the Culinarian's Guild, sometimes as low as 18 gil each (since the quest reward is 100 gil for 5, buying at 18 gil earns you a net profit). Since Bastok's been keeping Zulkheim in control lately, though, you might be able to get La Thiene Cabbage cheaply from the importer in Bastok.

Cabbage is probably the most economic way to go, but Boyahda Moss is fastest, since you can perform the quest more times with a single stack than you can with Millioncorn or La Thiene Cabbage. It requires a larger outlay of cash, however. With Millioncorn, you don't have to have the same amount of operating cash, but you'll lose money over time since it's practically impossible to buy Millioncorn cheaper than 40 each. The Aragoneu importer sells Millioncorn for between 40-50 gil, but Aragoneu is generally under Beastman control on our server (I haven't logged in yet this week, so I don't know if we control it at the moment).
