Old linkshell back and looking for returning playersFollow

Hey everyone!

I don't usually post on forums but I am noticing a lot of players returning to FFXI that are seemingly homeless and looking for a group to join and play with. My linkshell just recently returned from playing WoW and have re-settled on our original server Asura.

Since we just recently returned to FFXI, we're looking for other former FFXI players who are just getting back into the game to join us on Asura. This includes both players who are starting over with new characters and players who are resuming old characters. If you haven't played for a while the world may seem a bit lonely or hard to jump back into (so many systems have changed since we quit in 2007). We don't have any time or participation requirements. We just want to continue the sense of community we had when we quit the game in 2007.

If you're looking for a linkshell that will hold your hand through everything, let you leech without ever helping out and provide everything for you, this is probably not the place for you. If you're looking for a group that's fun and social and loves to do things together (most of us have been together about 8 years now) and you're familiar with the basics of the game, you might have fun with us!

I've never really been one for web/forum recruiting but seeing so many returning people looking for others to play with has inspired me to at least post. :P

We don't use our website much but we have a short recruitment form on there, with a small blurb about us and a gallery housing a lot of our old pictures. If you're interested, by all means go ahead and fill out the form and we'll get back to you! It's not really an application, but rather a way for us to know you're interested so we can start talking to you.

Hey there! I checked out your site and I thought it was pretty cool! I tried to fill out a recruitment form but for some reason it didn't work :P I used to play this game a while back on the Xbox 360 but I never got too far in it but I'm trying it again on PC and seeing if I can actually make progress.
