Assistance with In-Game ContactFollow

Hello. As of recent, my account has somehow been hacked. I already received some assistance regarding the issue, but was told they cannot do anything until registration maintenance is completed.

I play on Asura and was wondering if they could possibly see what in the world they are doing with my character (Mirazu)? I know that probably won't do anything, but this is absolutely appalling and they're killing me right now. It's even more frustrating when I see on FFXI.AH that they're selling everything I have and now, new items I never had (which gets me thinking that RMT is in possession).

Also, if there's anyone that can help me get into contact with some LS members of mine in game, could you PM me? I would be really grateful.
