Just curious as to what is the optimal spell rotation once you get BIO II? Is it Miasma>>BIO II, BIO, Aero, Thunder/Ruin?

Typically you cast the longest lasting spells first, it leaves you more time to cast Ruin or buff your pet, etc.

When you get Fester at Lvl 35 (assuming you're on SMN), you mainly have to worry about Bio, Bio II and Miasma staying on most of the time.

Thanks for the feedback Kirby. I just hit 30 and am planning to get SMN and SCH unlocked this week. Should be exciting :)

BIOII > Mismia > Bio > Aero > thunder (if you have it)

You want your higher damage, longer lasting DOTS to proc first to get the most out of them. Miasma can be cast first sometimes if you want the effect of Heavy to slow an enemy's approach to you (for solo play).

The pet argument is pretty invalid. clicking once for Sic is not hard...and casting Bio doesn't make your pet attack any faster than a DOT that has a cast time. The pet attacks when the spell procs. Nothing changes o.O

Agreed.. Once you have all 5 dots on a target you have time to cast 3x ruin, or cure or whatever, then aero thunder bio miasma bio2
If timed right you lose no time at all..
I think i got the order right, but the important thing is to start the new exactly as the old dies.

I go from longest duration to shortest, and keep Bio 1 (and Aero when it applies) for last because I can use Energy Drain, Fester or whatever other spells can be cast during the GCD Bio1 initiates.
