Item Collector Not Recognizing my ZAM accountFollow

I have a premium subscription. EQ Item Collector is gathering my character profile. When I click on the upload button, I get an error message stating that either my account does not exist or I do not have a premium subscription. I have tried with both Chrome and IE. I have logged out and back in. Nothing works.

Do you have your username set as mattheux76 in the item collector?

It doesn't work for me either: "Error: Permission denied, incorrect login or not premium". Also, it shows unknown[20] instead of Antonius Bayle in the Server column.

I passed this along to Rswiders, the item collector developer. He acknowledged that the server listing on the item collector didn't match what was live currently and this is the cause of that particular error. He said he would fix it.

Has anyone tried using their email instead of username to see if that works? We removed a database recently and I'm wondering if that helps or not, if not, it's possible the Item Collector isn't connecting to the right database.

mattheux76, have you tried again? I talked to the item collector developer and we identified there were some changes to the listing of server information the item collector collects. He said he was going to push out the fixes yesterday. Try it again.

Make sure your email address and password are on the profile page where it lists all of your characters as well as mattheux76 on the same screen as where you select which network card you use.

I am bumping this.

I have been regularly checking, and it is still broken. This is the big reason I payed for the premium account, so that I could use the function to help track what I need for my character and plan equipment upgrades.

I tried with both the mattheux76 name and with my email.

Any new information on the before mentioned fix?

I made sure the settings were just as you said they should be.

I just tested the item collector out for a character on phinigel. I was able to upload the profile for the character with no errors.

Make sure the Allakhazam Login on the profile manager page is set to the email address and password you use to log into the site. It doesn't go by your actual profile name of mattheux76. It uses the email that is tied to your account.

Your profile name mattheux76 is set on the options, settings page under Username:

This worked for me, I didn't realize I had to use the email address instead of the login, since it's asking for the login ...

On the settings I have my username.

It still does not work.

The message reads "Error:Permission denied, incorrect login or not premium."

I do not know what else to do.
