I went ahead and applied a 2 day premium to get you up and running while you get this resolved, but please e-mail accounts@zam.com to get the billing connections resolved. Either it hasn't synced in the billing database, or the premium charge didn't go through. If you don't hear anything back, also try PMing Darqflame directly.
