Not sure what you mean... I just opened up wowhead and everything shows just fine. I searched for a random mob (Zandalari Warscout) and everything displays without issue; drops, comments, etc.

Same here, exactly as that picture on all pages.

Works on Firefox, checked forums and looked up a random item - everything seems legit.
-11 am EST

Maybe whatever it was has been resolved. Good luck

I'm also now having this same issue. I've checked it even with WoW closed. I've tried IE 64 bit. I have Avast as my antivirus and it has a feature called SaveZone Browser that it blocks out your computer except for it's built in browser and notepad and calc and word and excel, and I checked there. That was the only place that Wowhead showed normal. And this was even after I ran my Advanced SystemCare 6 and cleared the cache for my browsers.

Edit: Weird...I just tried again, I'm using my chrome to make this post both times, and now it's showing normal? Not sure what's up with it....I'll reply again if it happens again because when it happened, even though it did allow me to log in on Wowhead, the feedback link showed up up top but wouldn't do anything when clicked on.

Same trouble here. Clicked a link, went to a blank page, went back, refreshed with F5, the old page blanked out too. Firefox user.

I'm having the same issues with both Firefox and Chrome, no matter how many times I reload skipping the cache. I'm able to log in, but when I do a search or anything, nothing shows up.

Has this problem returned? For the past two days I have not been able to get Wowhead to return any search results. I'm located on the East Coast - is anyone else experiencing this problem at the moment?

If you're using an ad blocker, they might have added a new domain that you have to let through. I'm pretty sure I had to do that.

Searches did not produce results even one as wide open as "jade" should have had tons of results. Also looked up an old Northrend quest of "Leave Nothing to Chance". Bare data, no comments, no locations, no pics which I find very hard to believe. Even went so far as to register with Wowhead and got the same results. It is almost like something happened to their database? (Just guessing.)

I actually had this issue a couple days ago. Pages simply weren't showing data. Had it on both Chrome and Firefox... and after an hour or two, it was back to normal. So, no idea what the issue is - file a bug report with wowhead, perhaps?

I've been experiencing the same problems with Wowhead as reported below. It happened earlier this week, and resolved itself. But this is day 2 of of non-working site. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer. I've cleared the cache in all browsers, I've rebooted.

Clicking the Feedback link to report the problem doesn't work at all.

I don't see any responses here from Zam, is anyone there aware of the problem we are experiencing?

Same problem here. I am on Cox in Arizona. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Curious as to what ISPs the rest of the people with this issue are using. But it may be an issue with COX communicating with whatever hosting service has wowhead on it.

Here is the response I received from the question I posted on Wowheads Facebook page:

My question posted on Facebook on 6/8/13:

I don't know what's going on, but like others are saying, the website is not working for me. I've tried every browser, I've cleared the cached of every browser (and yes, I've rebooted lol, not that it would made a difference, but there ya go). I can't even see the forums to post the problem nor can I use the Feedback link to send a screen shot. Shall I post it here?

Marcus from Wowhead responded:

Wowhead commented on your Wall post.
Wowhead wrote: I just finished reading one of your comments about this in another status update, and it is indeed a known issue, and the problem is related to our hosting service and, as such, it's a problem that can only be permanently solved by moving hosting services. We've planned to move hosting services for quite some time now and it was actually scheduled to happen two weeks ago but we were unable to go through with those plans as patch 5.3 went live at that time so we were forced to delay it. As you can imagine moving hosting services is a major task and a very time consuming process, however we haven't forgotten about it.

I actually made a post here on Facebook a while ago explaining the issue a little more clearly which I would suggest you to read. You can find it here:-

Meanwhile, if you want to, please feel free to send a screenshot and information about your browser to feedback@wowhead.com. While it may not necessarily help to resolve the issue, it helps us to track how many users are experiencing this issue and hopefully it will speed things up.

I'd also like touch on another quick topic you mentioned in a comment; premium or not, we do value all of our users, and we wouldn't be where we are today without all of you. However, I'm alone in managing the Facebook page and while I'd love to be around 24/7, it's simply not possible as I'm a volunteer here at Wowhead and have other things to work on as well, but I do try my best to be here.

If you think the communication between us and our users could be improved, I would suggest you to email it to the email address I mentioned above, that way it will reach the appropriate parties.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused, and I hope you have a nice twenty-four hours.

Best regards,
Marcus.

I'd also like to point out that the contest on Wowhead to post a comment for a chance to win a mount is inaccessible to everyone this problem is affecting.

It is always nice to see new posters here, but although this site falls under the ZAM umbrella, commenting in the WoW general forum here is probably not the best way to bring issues to the attention of ZAM's management.

It also looks like you've gotten a reasonable answer already, they need to move hosting services and are in the process of doing so:

<body class="home"">

that's the entirety of the problem right there.. seems ridiculous that their proposed solution is to change hosting providers.

OK, so post it in the appropriate tech support forum, not WoW General here?

I live in a place where manipulation of public opinion through paid posters and such is routine. When I see people complaining and offering answers in places that aren't going to get the problem solved, I wonder if I'm seeing real indignity or somebody trying to build a negative vibe for personal reasons. Honestly, I don't know you, I don't know if you know where to plug a computer in, and with this as your first post ... I'm not thinking good things.
