As for the issue at hand, I have searched my gmail for your real name, your account name and email and have nothing from you. I do not delete emails per a requirement of my job. Perhaps you used another email to contact us?
As for refunds, we do not issue refunds as stated in our TOS and FAQ. There are several ways to contact us and as you can see, you've gotten an immediate reply. You did not have to access that account to contact us, you could have emailed any number f our emails, posted under any account, or even called. I see you have deactivated your auto renewal and you will no longer be charged after your current subscription.
