Whoever you e-mailed about this, we obviously didn't recieve it. A post here such as this one would have recieved immidiate attention, even from a different account created specifically to say "hey, my account is being rebilled please stop it". Or you could have escalated the e-mail when you didn't get a response and sent it to different people. We have recieved similar requests during the time period you were being billed. Insults and accusations when you failed to either follow up months ago, or cancel the charges when you noticed them and didn't recieve a response is not likely to help your cause.
That being said, I'll kick this up the chain and see if anything can be done.
