Kao Your the one I did mention this too before you told me to email email@example.com which I did back in dec/jan the last time you guys billed me... you said i might be able to get a refund and yet there was no responce.... ever

That being said, I'll kick this up the chain and see if anything can be done.
I possibly could have mispelled the email when I sent it but I never got a "Mail system failure this email does not exist" like I do when I mispell friends emails so I assume I sent it correctly but not from email associated with this account which I have had 0 access to for at least two years til today.
