It should be fixed now. Unfortunatly we get alot of PM spammers, so we have automatic filters in place that activate on accounts that meet certain criteria. Unfortunatly that does result in the occasional false positive. The system successfully prevents thousands of Spam PM's though, based on what we had before it was implemented, so we feel it is worth it dispite the inconveniance to a select few. I do appologise that you were caught up in it though. Hopefully everything is working correctly for you now.
