Image crop tool not working properly :: World of Warcraft

Tried to crop an image I uploaded with the onsite crop tool with less than desirable results - what you highlight with the shaded area with the crop tool doesn't translate to what ends up on the preview (Rift database <-> wiki anyway). Doesn't work in FF, Chrome nor IE. It doesn't even give me the option to upload over the image, just recrop what has already been borked.

What kind of image is it? That may help them figure out the problem. In the meantime, just crop before uploading.
