ZAM Network Covering SearchbarFollow

Several times a day I'll move my cursor to the quick search bar at the top right and accidentally move it too high, triggering the mouse-over drop down list from the ZAM Network button. Occasionally I'll click in that motion and be stuck waiting on the link I accidentally clicked to load. Sometimes I'll have typed a long phrase to search, then made this mistake when trying to click on the search bar or the real-time results list. In that situation not only am I left waiting for the wrong page to load but I'll also have to retype my search when I eventually get back.

Anyway, it's a small irritation but it happens enough to be pretty aggrivating. I'm sure I'm not the only one that makes this slip. Why not move the ZAM Network drop down list to the middle - between the ZAM and game logos, and the search bar?

Wait, what? You accidentally, several times a day, miss the big *** search field, open the Network drop-down menu, move your cursor down and click one of the Network links before you realize what has happened?

Sounds like you need to lower your mouse sensitivity.

To answer Maz: no. "Several times a day I'll move my cursor to" it and trigger the dropdown list, and "Occasionally I'll click in that motion". I'm a computer tech and web designer so I'm on the computer and clicking ungodly amounts each and every day, I don't slowly eke my mouse around.

I just wanted to post some feedback to improve the site. Maybe moving the searchbar wouldn't change things for you two, but it would improve my experience and perhaps others' too. Since it's an extremely easy change to make, the change wouldn't be negetive for anyone, and it would slightly improve the interface for some, it's a no-brainer to fix.

IIRC, we moved the network dropdown up there because people would have that problem with the actual menus, to which it was a lot closer. Moving it back would negatively affect a lot of people for whom that was an issue. We've had no one complain until now since it was above the search. The sites I've looked at seem to have the bar extending left of the network dropdown by a good amount. Try hitting it further left and you should avoid the issue entirely.

Post a screenshot of the site from your end. For most people there's no way in hell you should be able to hit the network dropdown, but maybe you're running an unusual resolution or something.

It's likely strange res/screen size or template that is different/broken somewhere I don't know about.
