Maybe I'm late but since when were we not allowed to rate posts up/down in the Site feedback forum? Or is it just me?

Na, it was implemented a month or two ago. The powers that be rightfully felt that the Site Feedback area shouldn't be karma bombed.

That was a recent change due to several feedback threads getting nuked under the filter by people who apperently did not like the feedbackee. Admins can of course still rate in here, as I will now demonstrate on TirithRR.

Speaking of not being able to rate up or down. I can't seem to rate anyone. Have I been no rated or something? I rate someone down to many times? Or has rating changed for Premium users only?

You have standard user status. You definitly are not norated. Perhaps you are blocking the rate script with some sort of script blocker inadvertantly, or have a bad browser cache of the page?

I'll try to clear my cache and see if that helps. Will check tomorrow and see what I can find out, bout to head off to bed. I have no-script allowed all the way. Maybe something else, will try with IE and see if that works. I don't rate to much anyways, was just curious.

Suggestion: Is it possible to add -only- the green arrow to Site Feedback, FFXIV Feedback, FFXI feedback, etc so that ideas that people like can be rated up but there is no way to rate down someone due to disliking the idea or the person proposing it?

From a code standpoint: at this moment, we don't have a way to set that.

How about as a completely unrelated to karma, stand alone thing? Sort of a "Like" button that only affects the one post as a way to add in that either we agree with feedback or are encountering a similar problem without having to make a post.

Rating in forum=3 will remain as it is now. I appreciate that users may want to provide feedback on people's ideas here. However, that is not this forums purpose.

Either both or none. You leave only one option and ALL posts will be rated to the limit in that direction.
