I'm sorry for the somewhat random thought, but I was just browsing the FFXIV forum and stumbled upon a reply to an old post of mine that I had completely forgotten about and I had a thought and figured I would track down the Site Feedback Forum and mention it (and I'd like to apologize right off the bat if this is already a premium feature that I am unaware of).

Given the relatively new polish that the quote function has gotten, would it be terribly difficult to add a notification when someone has quoted you? Something similar to a PM notification would work fine. I'm sure many people would find no use for it, since they either have better memories or pay more attention than myself, but I am equally sure that many would find such a function quite convenient.

I know that as it stands, when you quote someone, it is a very shallow procedure and just takes a BBCode tag and regurgitates whatever name you feed it. But even if it only works when someone clicks the Quote checkbox, that would be a huge help.
