I have subscribed to premium and play everquest. I am trying to take advantage of this service: "Ability to import your character data directly from the game to your site profile" but am having a heck of a time figuring out how to do it.
So far I have downloaded the item collect, and have applied my allak's username & password to it, but it doesn't appear to be doing anything either.
Is there a link or can someone please clue me in?

I saw your report, and while I work on the Wiki, not on EQ, I did take a look at your profile and see a character registered there, named Peggleg (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/profile.html?491424). Is that the one? Looks like you did get it setup.

Agreed I did get it setup, but that's the setup I created years ago, which of course now is horribly outdated.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the feature. I am under the impression that there is a method by which in-game character data can be *imported* into Zam's without building it piece by piece, manually? The process by which I accomplish that is what eludes me. Please advise?

That's exactly what I needed and what I wasn't finding on my own. I had read the download page & faq on the actual lucy site, but it wasn't telling me anything about proper configuration. All is working now, thanks a ton.
