Premium Auto-RenewalFollow

I was checking my info and saw that my sub will be up for renewal next month so I thought it would be a good time to go ahead and look into this. According to the FAQ(Support)page it mentions automatic renewal and how to turn it off. None of those links work for me and going to my information only allows me to change my email, billing address, & password. Nothing about this auto-renewal stuff.

So I'm wondering if this is old info or if premium still has auto-renewal. And if it does, how can I change it?(turn it off)

If it's not in your account settings page, right under your renewal date for some reason, you could manually enter either of the following into the address bar (you must be on your user page when doing so) to change it:
javascript:setconfig('auto_renew','No',1);
javascript:setconfig('auto_renew','Yes',1);

Also, protip: If you make a wowhead account and buy your premium there, it'll give you a code which you can use here, and you also get some points which can be used to buy more premium.

Did that, and it seems like something updates, but there's nothing to confirm it really. Any way I can get confirmation that it's turned off?

Only other option I can think of is asking for the account to be deleted so I'm sure I won't get charged. Then make a new one. Rather not do all that though.

You'd need an admin to confirm (or wait for the bug to be fixed), but that should most likely work.

It's turned off.

Also, we never delete accounts.

I meant the "asking for the account to be banned" option mentioned in the faq. That was gonna be the last resort option. No need for that now though. Thank you for the confirmation.
