I was hoping to recruit subjects for my dissertation on stress regulation through WOW on the forums or through paid advertising. I've had a lot of positive feedback from the livejournal community of ladies of WoW, WOWInsider, and through some guilds. I tried writing the moderators but have not gotten a response as of yet. How should I proceed? Thanks very much!

Your best bet is probably to email kaolian, who should get back to you probably within a few days or so i'd imagine.

Can't we just please tell the survey folks to find a new horse to beat? Although it is true that I don't have to click on survey threads, I don't think anyone here comes to be a survey participant. Surveys don't add value to the site, we never see any feedback from the research, and after awhile it just gets annoying in a "Hare Krishna in the airport" sense.
In Chinese: glasses are yanjing; eyes are yanjing, and the beer of Beijing is Yanjing. When speaking, the difference is in the tones. Did I just order a glass of beer or a glass of eyes?
