ZAM Won't accept my credit card detailsFollow

#1 Sep 23 2010 at 2:13 PM Rating: Decent
I am using a UK Visa Credit Card to upgrade, but get an error message saying that the details don't match.

If I amend the details and try again, I then get an error message saying that it's a duplicate request.

I cannot find any contact details for ZAM, which is quite annoying.

Can anyone please shed any light on what I can do?

Thanks.

You will most likely need to send an email to accounts@zam.com. They should be able to take care of it for you.

Yes you can mail to accounts@zam.com. Please note that for the merchant to approve your transaction the details must match your billing statement exactly. You also cannot just back page and resubmit as the merchant will flag it as duplicate. Please include as much pertinent information as possible when mailing us!

And in case you ever need to contact anyone again, we have a nifty little linky at the bottom that says About ZAM and all of our emails are included there!

If I can help you with anything else, don't hesitate to ask!

Speaking of that page,

Is that supposed to be 50 millibits / sec? :P
