Can't see PMs...Follow

I can't seem to display the PM sent to me, or to send any. I don't get any prompt telling me about anti spam system turned on, go no fancy add on on my web browser or anything. I've tried with IE and Firefox, same thing. Fail. Why?
I get to this page: <url removed> but it remains blank.
