So I went to renew my premium earlier today, and the Zam site gave me an error, saying it couldn't process the transaction. So I went through the Paypal feature.
The premium sign up worked, but now I have two charges waiting to go through on my account. One from Zam LLC and one from Paypal. Nothing has actually been withdrawn yet, just set aside.

E-mail accounts@allakhazam.com with the exact paypal address and the exact account information for the charge, along with as close as you can get it time of charge and they will get that taken care of for you. Worst case scenario one of them will get refunded.
