Avatar won't updateFollow

I am unable to change my avatar ;-;!

All my avatars are 120x120 pixels and I have tried both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. For some reason my avatars wont change.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

EDIT: after tracking down the error a little further, IE gives me "error on page" which produces the following.
