The mouseovers premium users get for links to other posts, like this. They do not work in live.

I don't get a mouseover when I hover on anything Smiley: crymore

I'm not on live either, just regular zam.com/forum.

I would imagine that's either because of noscript, or you don't have the mouseover box checked.

mouseover box has nothing to do with tooltips for various game mob/item/quest mouseovers.
