With the renewed interest in reviving the WoW News page (thanks Xsarus), can we bring back the Thought of the Day and/or user submitted screen shots?

I am pretty awesome.

IIRC the reason both the screen shots and the thought of the day disappeared had a lot to do with people not actually contributing. Is there reason to believe this would change? To be fair they didn't try to get people to start, but it's a lot of work to constantly encourage people to contribute. I also enjoyed this, I think it would be reasonable to give it a trial.

I do have a suggestion, we could post a little news story about it, a user could give a screen shot and a related anecdote. Save it for slow news days. The main problem with this I see is will people actually do this?
