It's totally awesome. I LOVE IT.
Instead of clicking over to a different forum page every minute *just in case* a thread I'm interested in has new replies, I can just keep my eye on the top of the page, and instead of wishing and a hoping, I'm a KNOWING when I'm in luck.

I don't think that reverance or respect for the dead needs the dead to be hidden from sight completely. It is the attitude that you bring, as a witness to a dead body, that matters, not the display and witnessing of a dead body, per se.

To people who use following regularly - do you have to refresh the page to get the notification, or will it occur automatically no matter where you are? Currently I have to refresh, but I suspect that I'm just blocking a script that needs to run for the popup.
It does not pop up in real time. Though if it did, it would probably get annoying if you were following a decent amount of active threads.
It's basically the same notification script as the private message notification. Follow is awsome and the best idea ever! I use it to keep track of threadds that occasionally need a bit of babysitting and whatnot.
