EQ Item Collector not workingFollow

I upgraded to 64-bit Vista and can't get the collector to work.
It says:
EQ Item Collection Engine v 4.00 (31.7) starting up ...
Username set to: Unknown
Profiles enabled.

Listening on MS Tunnel Interface driver.
Running in quiet mode.

I have downloaded new versions of the collector and WinPcap. When I look at File - Profiles, I have not characters. I have my Allakhazam login and password listed but nothing else.

Anyone know how to fix this?
