Have you guys instituted one? I've noticed of late that if I leave a post un-submitted for a period of time, then hit Post Message, I hit the Post.pl brick wall that I normally get with a locked post.

Just waited 30 minutes before submitting a post, and it went through just fine. I'll try again over night, and see if it happens after longer periods of time.
Testing after an hour of having the post editor up.

If anything like this was implemented it was purely unintentional and would be considered a bug.

Went through after 9 hours, so it seems this is not an issue.
I was mainly asking because it seemed new, and I only leave a post open and unattended for a long period at work. So it was either something with my work Internet, something with my Firefox, or something with the U3 system.
In troubleshooting, simplest -> most complex is the best route of troubleshooting, so best to see if there's been some server side change.
