The new rating thing, the green and red arrow... Half the time it doesn't even register when I click them. I think I've been able to rate 2 posts since they put that in.

I rate more, but yeah. Only 1/3 of them seem to work(Like, remove the things after I press on them)

The arrows are too close to the bookmark link below.
Sometimes the rating doesn't seem to register at all since the arrows don't disappear and I have to keep clicking repeatedly.
Every post has a long empty space after the sig now.
The reply to post link is messed up half the time and takes me to the forum index.
The rating arrows look odd being so big and centered in a column where everything else is aligned left.
And what is the rating value of each button? When I rate someone up, am I rating them up as good or excellent, a la the old system?

I don't usually rate people. However I've been noticing some parts of the site slowing down/becoming unresponsive.

I was also wondering this. I do like, however, how the color of the background changes when you do rate it (the light blue backgrounded ones anyway)

My alignment is still totally messed up, and I dunno if the buttons would work for me or not since my rate button was disabled by the admins.

I am not fond of the new arrows either.

They don't seem to work unless Allakhazam changed the % increase or decrease per press which could be possible I guess.

I tried rating someone up as the post was very well done however instead of being able to select the "Excellent" button I now just hit the up arrow about 5 times and call it good.

I don't rate people down so I am not sure how that little red one works XD

I also noticed the alignment problems, either a big gap at the top before the post text starts, or a big gap at the bottom after the signature text.

Firefox, by far. www.getfirefox.com.

Opera's supposedly decent too, although I didn't care for it personally. And I'd never pay for a browser (lol, wtf), but I think they have a free version out now.

Except if it were baby photos, it would be like looking at before and afters of Michael Jackson. Only instead of turning into a white guy, he changes into a chick!

Are you using lolMSIE as well?

It's just weird. I haven't had any color issues or missing parts of words. Only what I described above which are minor things in comparison.

I have the same problem with MSIE. I'll attempt to read a thread and the text disappears when I scroll down...that or it would shift over into the margin a bit.

I see someone has my avatar...

It amazes me that people still use that pile o' junk.

Nonetheless, you shouldn't have to run a specific browser for the site to NOT look like crap.

The Opera PC browser is completely free and has been for the years I've been using it. I believe you need to pay for some versions of the cell/PDA browser though but I'm not sure.

I have those problems on IE6 as well. Sucks to be reading a post and all of a sudden it dissapears. I can highlight it all and read it, or I can scroll so it is off the page, then back, and the text has reappeared.

I used to use Firefox back in the day, But teh rest of my family is e-tarded so I didn't really bother.
#24 Jul 06 2007 at 6:19 AM Rating: Good
firefox treats alla much much worse, it screws up the frames for the posts and makes it all one box with the text starting directly underneath the link to this post link.
#25 Jul 06 2007 at 6:47 AM Rating: Excellent
I use IE7 but don't seem to notice these unusual formating shifts that others are having. Maybe it has to do with your resolution? I haven't tried looking at these forums from my PSP yet to see if the changes have thrown that out of whack or not.
