I am curious if anyone else is experiencing the magic of alla by having posts disappear before their eyes? I was reading a few posts on different forums and as I am scrolling down the post disappears. I can highlight it and it'll come back for a second or 2 and then disappear.
I took a few screen shots that can hopefully show what I am talking about:

Looks like you guys changed the rate up/down thingy to two arrows... meh, I suppose that isnt a big deal, but currently when viewing any page on this forum some peoples posts text (including sigs) just dissappears. Its not tied to video card/drivers cause it happens on my wifes computer as well and we dont run identicals. Whatever you guys did, please change it back.

Who the hell are you and why do you have so many posts?! Actually, haven't I seen you before?

Hard to believe that someone with 17k posts never saw posts from someone with 10k posts.

The disappearing text is also happening to me.

This is still an occurence. As is the text from quotes and "posting from [wherever]" places in peoples posts sliding to the left as you go down a page.

If I'm not mistaken that's the poster formerly known as SeomanP. As for the post thing, it's usually a synching issue I believe.

So we have posts having missing chunks, and posts vanishing entirely.

The vanishing entirely is happening on both the FFXI and WOW skins, on IE6

Posts with missing chunks, is it just FFXI? What browser?

I'm getting the same problems foryth was describing; vanishing text, some text a little more to the left with each post down the page, etc.

I've been using FFXI skin. I took a peek on WoW's stylesheet and I didn't notice it there. I'm also using IE right now. I'd screencap it for you if I was on my own computer.

I have a lot of posts because I'm a FFXI junkie but don't get to play when I'm at work. But I can come here...

I am still getting the disappearing posts as well although it is not as common as it was when I first posted. I have noticed that the posts on the FFXI board (it's the only part of the site I really go to) are off as far as their formatting goes. An example is the quotes have part of the text outside the quote box. I don't have a screen shot of that though but I think it can be found on the FFXI/GF post (I -think-).

I use Avant Browser, but the same issues occur when I open up IE and view this forum and when I use Firefox. I took some screen shots so you can see some of what I talking about.

Avant Browser 11.5 Build 12. Firefox 1.5.0.12 doesnt have the text sliding to the left, but it does have about 2-3 inches of blank space below some posts (like there should be a sig there).

If youre not familiar with avant browser, it uses IE setups. Heres the site for info if you want: http://www.avantbrowser.com/
