I'm pretty sure I know who it is, and I really don't care much about my karma, but I wouldn't mind seeing the karma-camper get a what-for. I severely dislike immaturity.

agreed, there is not a specific rate camper. Apperently a group of people just think you are annoying.

It doesn't make a difference really. The person that rated you down the most only did it 4 times. That's really nothing I get concerned about.
