EQ Item Collector troublesFollow

When I open the Item collector's setup it doesnt show any network interfaces and when I try to collect it says I don't have wincap, I even uninstalled the wincap version that came with it and installed the newest version but it still says no interfaces found, plrase make sure pcap is installed.
