Problem signing up for premiumFollow

I have tried signing up for Allakhazam Premium twice now and both times I submit my information, I get the following message.

"Unable to get user information, please contact Allakhazam"

I was wondering who exactly I should contact about obtaining Premium since apparently, the site doesn't want my money. Lol
