no premium accountFollow

My wife and i have been "premium" members for @ 2 years, and pay the $9.99 every 3 months. However, our account is labeled as "user", and we receive none of the "premium subscription" perks. I cant recall when this occurred, but we did have premium access a few months ago. Who can i contact to rectify this situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi there, Send a PM to Darqflame and she can take care of that for you. Your account is definitly showing user status at the moment. Chances are what happened is the card you had on file reached its experation date in the system. It's probably the same number, but you probably got a new card with an updated expiration date. She'll be able to track that down for you. Send her a PM

edit: I can't spell account apperently.

Im having same prob. I email Pikko, and they sent me to site for news. I posted there.
After reading more I edit cookies to add Allakhazam.com and took off Java.
But Im still not able to use Prem. acct.
So not sure where to ask or what to do.

Fungame, your account is showing premium status. Are you using firefox or IE? sometimes the cookie doesn't write correctly under firefox. try using IE, and dump your existing cookie cache and see if that fixes the issue after a logout and log back in here.

You contacted me, I replied, you replied then I sent you to Casey at our network office who is taking over subscription issues/services, he wrote you twice with no reply. Affinity Media is not a news site, it's our home offices.

You have premium. You can't rate because your rating isn't high enough, you must have a karma of 3.01 or higher, yours is 3.00. Any problems other than that you have not been clear on. You need java ON not off.
