My wife and i have been "premium" members for @ 2 years, and pay the $9.99 every 3 months. However, our account is labeled as "user", and we receive none of the "premium subscription" perks. I cant recall when this occurred, but we did have premium access a few months ago. Who can i contact to rectify this situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
