Perhaps it might be a good idea to have a link to the store included in the page templates, to help improve business.
I'm not sure how other posters would feel about it. Personally I do not see it as pushy or profit mongering, and I would like to see the merchandise store succeed. Allow more posters to find it more easily may do just that.

I think that's a good if not obvious idea. I'd like to see the store succeed as well, if for no reason other than it would be neat to see an OoTer wearing one of the shirts. That way, I'd know who to sneak up on and give a wedgie.
I've already put in a request, just a matter of one of the devs finding time to do it, though I wouldn't have minded if it was added the day it was opened. =\
