Im having problems uploading my chatracter info. When I hit the upload button it says permission denied: you are not logged in or not a premium member. Of course Ive tried to log out and in a couple times and I am a premuim member. Could someone please help me with this?
You need to have premium service to the site? I think your talking about alla.

I am a premuim member. It says premium features enabled on my account screen, but I still cant upload my info from the item collector. Is there some way I have to log into the collectoer?

I have it figured out now. Thanks so much for the help. I was using mozilla as my web browser and for some reason it wouldnt allow me to upload. I just ran internet explorer and everything went through fine. Thanks again for the help.
