Account Issues (was forum=21)Follow

Can anyone please fix my premium account that has not worked in several days.

It states an invalid account name or password.

I have tried requesting a new password, it never sends anything.
I have cleared my cache.
I have cleared cookies.
I have verified my account name from a previous email received after paying for the premium account.
I have sent numerous emails to allakhazam@allakhazam.com and received no replies.
I created this account to see if the process was working, and it is apparently.
My premium account is paid up to 7-30-07
Wowreader is not working again, it never accepts the wow install location
Wowreader encounters numerous errors when it does decide to start.

Any chance of some resolution.

Send me an email at darqflame @ zam.com. Give me all that info, I also need your correct email address AND your account name. If all else fails, well it won't, we will figure out something.
