You all know which one it was, too... and it's easier to just be like "meh, ***** it" than actually respond to him and thereby (in his mind, at least) prove him right.

I dunno, but enough of the first half of that thread was people agreeing with him to put me off, kthx.

Explain to me what is fair. I don't think that's possible for the Moderator and Admin to sue me and press charges. You, along with the admins, have made violations where, I too, can press charges. I have here a mail from San Fransisco of Tim sending me **** that I have not requested, his achievement to black mailing me because he has partial info about me, and finally, presonal threats that the admins slipped out of their mouths, HARD COPIED to the BBB and the police for them to see. I trusted Tim once with my email to talk this out, but instead, him and the admins ignored me and ended up making a hate thread with my personal information he wasn't allowed to post.

I have contacted Michel Mich (Chicago Lawyer in Down Town), and where I stand I have done nothing wrong. Regarding keyloggers and IP tracker: Yes. I'm aware the keyloggers are illegal in certain cases stealing information belonging to someone else; however, in this case the theft of FFXI information on key loggers is not illegal, but the system itself. The users who use keyloggers here by illegal means are the ones who run the program, not me. I was warned already by the fbi telling me not to use those key loggers (even though they do not belong to me) as a way to get back at people, which so far I retained myself ever to touch someone's link of the users running those programs.

And as for the AIM stealer system, it's public use by certain limits. I used those IP trackers just to make reports, none less. I read their tearms of service in using those trackers. Tim doesn't seem to understand I have tried to be civil with him many times from time to time. What comes to mind is what is his real intentions with me? To torture, manipulate, or provoke me? Who knows...

Regarding the "dirty links" I clearly apologized and stated I would not do that ever again. The reports I made they are clearly aware of what I did wrong/right in this personal issue. I continue to post and argue against these players because they're persistent in my game play, harassing me by any means to back stab me what is true and what is false, and for that reason that is why a bio was made on wyred.nu/lolfeiwong web site.

The users of Caitsith acheivement in provoking me and getting me banned off the website was their success. Now I can't even post to deffend myself or even post something that is relevent to Final Fantasy XI.

If I was even to be charged with this sort of matter, then every user who violated those types of rules would also be charged as well, so this would be an overall unusual punishment that would not be approved. I use ffxi main page for crying out loud (user Feiwong if you're curious), and they're at least real nice people who do not care about drama, so why the hell do these people here allow escalate problems and persistence?

I've been told they're going to press charges. That's all. They do not want to settle this matter civil it's always ban and ignore.

People who make viruses are innocent, and the people whose computers they infect are guilty?

I can't ban Chicago Comcast, and it took him a few months, but he figured out how to get a new IP address whenever he's banned.

All I know is, this is a private site. They have banned you over and over, and you keep getting around it and coming back, harrassing both the Admins and some of the users.

It's sort of like being told by the proprietor you can't come back to a bar, and coming back anyway.

What the hell is your deal? Get over yourself, get a life, move on.

I know that his college doesn't care, so you ban it. I'm willing to bet that Comcast would care about his harassment, and would be willing to take steps to prevent him accessing this site. I mean, Allakhazam isn't a *small* web community.

I really think I should just say this... But honestly. This guy is the biggest moron I have ever met. Seriously. I will make a deal with this kid. If you just go away and never post on this website again I will give you anything you want. You make me feel so smart. I hate feeling smart. Honestly I look at some of your posts. and I just feel like a genius..

Make him get his 4th? Seriously, I'm willing to bet that you could involve Comcast in a harassment suit, and that would hopefully prevent him from ever getting another Comcast account. C'mon Jeff, you're a lawyer for Christ sakes.
