howdy.. i am a premium member and i cant use the search feature under items/equipment... all the boxes are grey... im not very good at computer stuff.. hope you can help... thnx

i am using the everquest site, i have never had this problem before.. this is my personal home computer so i dont think its a proxy issue.. i am the only one that goes to this site on this computer.. that was a prompt reply.. you guys are great.. i appreciate the help

Did you get the "Welcome soandso" message at the top of the page when you visited the advanced search and everything was grayed out?

I'm assuming you were logged in since you posted on this board from that same computer. You're definitely not behind a proxy if your laptop can access the page okay. Proxies are put in place by the isp usually and you can't get around them.

It might be worth while to delete your browser catch on your computer. It's possible that it's caching a page from when you visted the site without being logged in?
