Sticky request for Lakshmi forumFollow

Probably bad form to make two threads in one day but meh. This is well over due but this thread needs a sticky.

I say this needs a sticky cause A) it's a useful tool for in game networking and B) Everyone keeps bumping the thread up saying this should be sticked.

We recently lost our third sticky which I imagine was the only reason this wasn't put up before. So now we have room for it again.
