This site delivers the same results as the other sites, but you have to put more effort into it. The problem and cold fact is that there's no reason why people would want to put more effort into it. You can't run a site on hugs and kisses, you need the damn thing to perform better than the competitors.
If a person gets results faster and easier on another site, why would he use this site? Right now the site caters to those who've been here for a while. People who look beyond getting results at an optimal speed. People who are willing to try again or wait an extra four seconds, because they are loyal to the site.
And that's great, unless you want to expand.

Have the days come when having to Try something a second time, upon us. I see your point where you want it all the first time but if that does not happen how long does it take to do the search again with Just one word, 15-20 seconds at most. Have players become that lazy, that they can not do two, or three searches (this is a real question, because it just does not compute to me) and spend what 2-3 minutes of their time.
Why use this site, I use it because I know how to use the site and I have the extra 2-3 minutes if needed to find the information I need. I find the Comments below alot of the Items, Quests, and Area maps to be of great help. Plus I love the forums also, even on debates like this. You and others have their point and myself and others have their points, but it all seems to come down to personal preference.
