Looks like this stupid kid and his sockpuppet are at it again (dragonknightvin).
You might be aware of this, but he replied to both these posts with the simple reply "p e n i s" about 20 times.

I would consider this type of action a type of denial of service attack by forum flooding. This type of activity, I am sure, hogs bandwidth, disrupts the dialog, and makes you admins do more work. If any of these things give you room to take action, please do.
