Forum TOS in SidebarFollow

Heya, I am pretty sure this is the right place, right?

Anyways, A while ago I was looking to find the Forum TOS. To refer to it. but I couldn't seem to find it. Seems to me that could be a problem.

My Suggestion: I'd like to see a link in the Sidebar to the Forum TOS/Rules in the forums part.
