Cannot delete drafts in PM?Follow

I seem to be having a problem.

I had composed a PM reply to someone, and saved it as a draft, but later decided to scrap it and make a wholly new reply, which I sent.

I seem to be unable to delete this draft now from my Drafts folder.

When I view the folder's contents, I place a checkmark beside the draft, and select the action "Delete selected" from the drop-down menu, and click the "Go" button.

The page refreshes and displays my folder list, but indicates that the draft still exists in the draft folder.

I have also gone into the drafts folder, opened the message, and clicked on the "Delete" link at the bottom of the draft,
at which point the page refreshes to the folder view, and againt indicates that I still have a draft message in the Drafts folder.

This is really only a trivial inconvenience, but I thought I'd bring it up since it appears to suggest that something isn't working correctly.

I think I recall a post about the delete function not being ironed out yet. I may be mistaken.

Ok, sorry I missed any previous mention of it.
Just wanted to make sure you were aware.
    Thanks.

Yeah.. Delete not working. Something about the message being shared by the sender and the receiver. ie: There is only one message, so if you delete it, it would delete it from whoever you sent it to as well.

BUT Maybe the developers could just make a "trash" folder. Moving messages works (well, move the links to the messages anyway), so why not just let people move them to a trash folder? They would still exist, but the contents of the trash folder would be inaccessible... so they'd essentially be gone on your end, and still exist for the recipient.

If at some point both parties have "trashed" the message, the server could safely delete it.
