I'm posting a formal request to have JayGCN banned from Allakazham. He has been trolling several forums, and posts frivolous, off topic posts in every thread in the Diabolos forum, and is an overall nuisance.
I will be posting a link to this thread in the Diabolos forums for people to come and support my request.

He's being rated down, yes, but I was thinking more along the lines of an IP ban, seeing as he has already promised to make a new account as soon as his old one permanently falls below the post filter.
he's got a dynamic IP, we'd have to ban his entire university
