Not to sound like a butt.. but if people constantly post to the threads that he starts, arent they just encouraging him?
I agree that he is annoying, but how hard is it to just keep rating him down and not feed him?

Rating him down doesn't do a bit of good, someone totaled them out and I think he's up to five different accounts now. He doesn't care if people don't post in his threads, he just makes new ones. He doesn't care if people rate him down, he just starts a new account. This whole situation with him has been going on for over a month now... I explained to him why he gets rated down, and I even went so far as to offer advise on how he could save himself and become a worthwhile poster. It went unheard.
I came here to ask the same thing. This is a hardcore troll who gets his jollies making people unhappy.
Posting **** links should be enough reason to get him banned, if nothing else is.

His Ip, 148.4.71.191 ties back to a long Island university IP range. If he is posting from his dorm room we may be able to do something about it. If he decides to start computer hopping in the computer lab things get more problematic.

There have been more IDs since this thread was started. New today is Plumber.
I'd say contact the sysadmins at the University and give them the chance to track him down. He's probably violating their terms of use.
If that fails, ban the IP and automatically take anyone accessing from it to a page that explains why. Let the other LIU users track him down and take care of him. ><
